About the program
Since we have been in the real estate market for a long time, we have experienced many cases and various non-standard situations related to obtaining a residence permit. Spanish migration legislation is not thorough and different interpretations are allowed as to who exactly, along with the owner, can apply for a residence permit. Without going into details, this could be not only the closest relatives, but also other categories of people associated with the owner.
In close cooperation with the Spanish migration service, we have worked on a number of successful “accession” cases, as a result of which our clients received a residence permit without being direct relatives of the owner.

Selection and negotiations with an owner
At this stage, we find and negotiate with the owner to “include” our client in the deal. The client sends his documents for approval by the owner, and the candidate is also checked against databases for offenses.

Preparation of documents
Option 1. If the main transaction for the acquisition of real estate is just being planned. After selecting and approving the property, the stage of signing contracts begins and the acquisition transaction is concluded, and then the registration of a residence permit.
Option 2. If the transaction has already been completed, and as soon as the owner has approved the client’s candidacy, we begin the process of “joining” the estate project. After which you can begin obtaining a residence permit.
